Hi, I'm Leanne

For more than eight years I worked behind the scenes supporting founders and business owners, managing projects, operations and complex transitions. Relocating my own family from the UK to Dubai showed me that moving countries requires exactly the same skillset.


I know what it feels like to research visa routes at midnight whilst the business still needs running and the children still need feeding. I moved my family and kept it all together, but I also know what it cost in time, in stress, and in the things that nearly slipped.


Many people underestimate what is involved in moving to Dubai. The mistakes you make in this process carry a real price. The wrong visa route, an uninformed property decision, costs you didn't know to factor in. Getting it wrong is rarely cheap to undo.
